Cypress ‘Bald Cypress’ (Taxodium distichum)
‘Bald Cypress’ is a stately, deciduous conifer known for its feathery, bright green foliage that turns rich orange-brown in fall. Adaptable to both wet and dry conditions, it is especially striking when planted near ponds or streams, where it develops distinctive “knees” along its roots. Its tall, pyramidal form makes it a standout specimen tree in any landscape.

Thrives in full sun with moist to well-drained soil. Excellent for large properties, water features, and naturalized plantings.

Grows 50–70 ft. tall and 20–30 ft. wide. Zones 4–9.
